Order processing
Made-to-order and custom-color units take an additional 3–5 business days before shipping. You'll be notified at every stage. Need it faster? Use code RUSH at checkout to flag your order for priority production (+$30).
Duties & customs
International orders may incur local duties and taxes on arrival, paid by the recipient. Estimates are shown at checkout for most destinations.
Our exchange policy
All sales are final — but if you received the wrong item, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us and claim an exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please note: All wigs are shipped in their natural, unstyled state. They are not pre-curled, blown out, or set — this is not a defect. Styling is part of the experience and allows you to personalise your unit to your preference.
✓ Eligible for exchange
- Wrong item shipped (different product, length, density, or color than ordered)
- Claimed within 3 days of confirmed delivery
- Item unused and in original packaging with security tag intact
- Manufacturer defect on arrival (we'll send a replacement immediately)
✗ Not eligible
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong item yourself
- Units worn, washed, styled, or with the security tag removed
- Unstyled appearance — all wigs ship in natural state (see note above)
- Custom-colored or custom-cut orders
- Items marked as FINAL SALE at checkout
- Requests made more than 3 days after delivery
How to request an exchange
- Email us at sanluxewigs@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received.
- We confirm the discrepancy — usually within a few hours. We'll send a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Ship the item back at any carrier location. Tracking is included on the label.
- Your correct item ships within 1–2 business days of us receiving the original. You'll get a tracking email at every stage.
All of our units are quality-checked before shipping. If we ever make a mistake, we own it — fast. Contact us within 3 days and we'll sort it out, no questions asked.
